Partner Enrollment and Educational Communications
Music Duo Academy partners with select educational institutions and homeschool platforms to offer courses to enrolled families. In these arrangements, a partnering institution may submit a parent or guardian’s name and email address to Music Duo Academy for the sole purpose of creating a student account.
Upon receiving enrollment information from a partner, Music Duo Academy will issue a one-time registration code to the parent or guardian’s provided email address. Account activation requires the parent or guardian to complete registration on the Music Duo Academy platform and agree to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
Contact information received through partner enrollments is used exclusively for account creation and course-related educational communications. This information is never used for unrelated marketing purposes without prior written consent from the parent or guardian.
As part of the educational service, Music Duo Academy maintains regular communication with enrolled families, typically on an approximately bi-weekly basis, to inform parents and guardians of upcoming lesson content and learning objectives. By activating your account and accepting our Terms of Use, you consent to receiving these educational communications. You may opt out of nonessential communications at any time by contacting support@musicduoacademy.com, though opting out of core educational communications may affect your ability to fully utilize the Platform.
