This course is perfect for 2nd graders who have completed Apprentice 2 or Pre-Apprentice 2, and for 3rd graders who are either new to Music Duo Academy or continuing from Pre-Apprentice 2. Through fun video lessons, students will review key skills while exploring new concepts like do, re, sixteenth notes, half notes, melodic composition, ostinatos, and more. As they move, play instruments, and engage in rhythm games, they’ll continue building confidence and musical skills. Access begins after a 2-week trial and lasts for one year.

Whether your child is continuing from Apprentice 2 or just starting in 3rd grade, Apprentice 3 is the perfect next step. This self-paced course is designed for 2nd graders who are already confident with so, mi, la—or for 3rd graders who are new to Music Duo Academy but will enjoy some built-in review.
By partnering with Music Duo Academy, you’ll help your child expand their musical vocabulary, develop stronger rhythm and melody skills, and build confidence in expressing themselves through music.
The first lessons provide review, making this course ideal for 3rd graders new to Music Duo Academy or students continuing from Pre-Apprentice 2 in 2nd grade. No need to repeat Apprentice 2—Apprentice 3 picks up right where your child left off!
