Apprentice 1: Kindergarten Music Curriculum
Apprentice 1 is designed for kindergarten students and older children who benefit from a gentle introduction to music. Students develop healthy singing habits while exploring steady beat, rhythm, high and low sounds, fast and slow, loud and soft, movement, body percussion, mallet technique, musical patterns, and unpitched percussion instruments.
Pre-Apprentice 2: 1st–2nd Grade Music Curriculum
Pre-Apprentice 2 is designed for students in 1st or 2nd grade who are new to solfege and hand signs. Students develop healthy singing habits while learning foundational concepts such as so, mi, and la; beat and rhythm; quarter and eighth notes; quarter rests; strong and weak beats; simple meter; movement; mallet technique; musical patterns; body percussion; and instrument families.

Apprentice 2: Building Music Reading and Rhythm Skills
Apprentice 2 builds on the skills introduced in Apprentice 1. Students continue developing healthy singing habits while expanding their understanding of solfege, beat and rhythm, quarter and eighth notes, quarter rests, meter, musical patterns, movement, mallet technique, body percussion, and instrument families. They also begin reading music on both three-line and five-line staffs.
Apprentice 3: 2nd–3rd Grade Music Curriculum
Apprentice 3 is designed for students in 2nd or 3rd grade who already have experience with so, mi, and la solfege and hand signs. Students review earlier concepts and begin working with do and re, pentatonic music, melodic composition, half notes and rests, sixteenth notes, 6/8 meter, rhythmic and melodic ostinatos, movement, improvisation, mallet technique, body percussion, and instrument families.

Pre-Maestro 1: 4th–5th Grade Beginner Music Curriculum
Pre-Maestro 1 is designed for older beginners in 4th or 5th grade who have had little previous experience with singing, solfege, or music reading. The first lessons build the rhythm, solfege, and singing skills students need before they transition into Maestro 1, helping them catch up without starting at a younger level.
Maestro 1: 3rd Grade and Up Music Curriculum
Maestro 1 is designed for students in 3rd grade and above who already have experience with do, re, mi, so, and la solfege and hand signs. Students review earlier concepts and expand their skills with low la and low so, tonal centers, melodic composition, syncopation, canon, 6/8 meter, sectional form, movement, improvisation, mallet technique, dynamics, tempo, body percussion, and instrument families.

Maestro 2: 4th–6th Grade Music Curriculum
Maestro 2 is designed for students in 4th through 6th grade who have completed Maestro 1 or have equivalent music experience. Students continue building music reading, theory, singing, rhythm, and creative skills while working with more advanced musical concepts.
